Paola Ramirez, Opposite player of Costa Rica: “Winning today was a must, we were hoping to finish like this and with comfortable scores. Unfortunately our results against Mexico and Trinidad weren’t positive; we acknowledge there’s a lot of work to do. There are talented players in our team and with more support we can do much more. We are going back home highly motivated for the Central American Games, there’s been a lot of changes y this is a renovated group”.

Cesar Salas, Head Coach of Costa Rica: “We are creating something new, this is a very positive victory. The coaching staff has confidence in this team and to continue to build on there are other players to have in mind. We will continue to work hard for the Central American Games; we must improve our system and several details. We are committed to make more efforts”.

Ericson LeBlanc, Assistant Coach of Dominica: “I am happy for the experience for my ladies; this is the highest level they have ever played. Their performance here helps them heal what we just lived in Dominica; going back we really don’t know when will they play volleyball again. I am thankful for the Trinidad Volleyball Association for hosting us, they have given us so much. I am happy to start our healing process, starting from this we can build on, see the mistakes and capitalize on them; we must go into the gym more, look for taller players.
